Katelyn is a Registered Nurse passionate about walking alongside individuals in their recovery journey and helping them find balance & serenity in life. Harkening back to her early career in Houston Texas, Katelyn’s empathetic & caring nature made her a great asset to her patients and employers alike. As she continued to hone her medical expertise over the years, through direct patient care, clinical assessment, and complex problem solving, Katelyn began to notice a strong pull toward the addiction treatment field. This eventually led her to a career at Pura Vida, where she brings her open, engaging, and knowledgeable approach to those seeking lasting health & wellness in recovery.

As Nursing Supervisor, Katelyn also has the distinct honor of imparting her wisdom & experience onto Pura Vida’s Medical Assistants, Detox Counselors, and Externs. Her compassionate care and diligent guidance perfectly encapsulate our program’s unique treatment approach and values.
