Ben is the Treatment Support Team Leader at Pura Vida’s Residential Treatment Program, where he draws inspiration from his own journey to empower and support others through their earliest experiences in recovery. After being hired in July of 2024, Ben quickly distinguished himself as a leader through his collaborative approach to problem solving, engaging demeanor, and professional curiosity.

Driven to expand his knowledge and skills, Ben is currently pursuing is CADC-I through CCAPP to further support his clients. He hopes to make a lifelong career out of helping those who struggle with the disease of addiction.
